Welcome to our axistrackreport.com website and Axis Track Report rail project information services (herein both are referred to simply as AXIS). By subscribing to and using our site and project reports, you are agreeing to some things and we are agreeing to some things, mutually. Axis web and print content, site organization, design, social media and marketing tools and aggregation engine as well as any other matters and information related to AXIS are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. Your AXIS subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AXIS for your own purposes as long as you maintain all copyright and other policies contained herein. Copying, redistribution, or publication by you of project report information or any part of the site is not usually allowed. Feel free to ask us though if you do have a question about this or anything in this Agreement.

Reliability of Information

We work darn hard to bring you thorough, accurate, timely rail project information and a rail project website that is second-to-none. Erroneous and/or overlooked information is not probable but still possible. You agree not to hold AXIS (www.axistrackreport.com, Axis Track Report or Hunter Information Services) liable for any errors, emissions or oversights.
